We use hot water extraction ('steam cleaning') rather than a dry powder, which lifts dirt embedded deep in the pile rather than just refreshing the surface. Carpets are typically dry within 2–4 hours. Sofas, armchairs, mattresses and dining chairs are all quoted individually using fabric-appropriate methods.
